Gayle Palka
has been in public education for more than 20 years. Her background includes teaching middle and high school, providing professional scoring training, writing as a Senior Mathematics Editor, and independently designing and implementing numerous workshops for K-12 teachers. Gayle currently is a private consultant in upstate New York. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.S.Ed. in Literacy. This unique combination of education gives her the insight and passion to continue to work with teachers to promote mathematical literacy.
