Dr. Patricia Higgins earned a doctorate in special education from Arcadia University. She is also a learning disabilities teacher consultant and holds a teaching certificate for grades pre-kindergarten to eighth grade. Dr. Higgins has been a public school teacher in preK to second grades, and a learning consultant on a Child Study Team for preschool to high school. Dr. Higgins is currently a lecturer in Special Education and Early Childhood at a NJ University where she was previously an adjunct for over twenty years.
